Dr. Jessica Gallegos-White
LAc., DAHM, AEMP, LMT

My name is Dr. Jessica Gallegos-White, LAc.

I graduated with a Masters of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine from The Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine in 2019, and as a Doctor of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine in 2024. As a doctor of acupuncture, I am able to use my skilled hands for accurate channel palpation, and pulse reading. I utilize my 30 year orthopedic background and advanced anatomy to perform channel listening and muscle testing to develop treatments that specifically treat a variety of pathologies. I aim to provide minimal needling with maximum results. I am an East Asian Medicine Herbalist. My inspiration comes from the deep transformative healing and enlightenment that my patients achieve from my work. My specialties include fertility, menopause, PCOS, orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation, neurology, digestion, trauma, and addiction. I like a good challenge and have been told that I am especially exceptional with complex conditions. My mission is to help my patients find balance in their lives and awaken their own inner physician, so that they may share healing with their families and community.

I have been a practitioner for 30 years. I began my career as a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in Orthopedic Massage and Massage Education. At 21 years as a massage therapist,  I found myself searching for more ways to incorporate advanced healing modalities to treat the root and branch of disease.  My clients presented with digestive issues, urinary bladder prolapse, fatigue, auto-immune disease, substance abuse disorder due to chronic pain, infertility etc.; conditions that massage therapy could only help with temporarily. I felt the need to expand my education and reload my tool box. I discovered that the approach of acupuncture, herbal therapy, and qi gong profoundly benefited me in my own healing journey. East Asian Medicine healed me, and I wanted to share this medicine with my clients.

I am a wife, mom, and animal hoarder (3 dogs, 2 cats, 5 hens). I like to spend my spare time with my family at the beach, in the mountains or snuggled up for family movie night. I love to forage, make tinctures, grow herbs and vegetables to heal and nourish my pack.  I aim to achieve perfect work/life balance so that I can spend quality time with the ones I love most.

Thank you for visiting our website and contact us if you have any questions or need help with scheduling.

Christine Palmer
Clinic Technician

Hi there, I'm Christine.

Although originally a city gal, I've grown over years to appreciate the calming effects of nature & its medicinal properties. My family has a long-standing interest in conjuring home remedies, herbs, teas, & natural wellness-which I'm passionate about too.

I enjoy interacting with people, & making positive impacts on their lives. My diverse background includes professional makeup artistry/cosmetology, client care, investigative research, and extensive experience within the wellness & cannabis industries. These different paths strengthened my creativity, attention to detail, research skills, & ability to better connect with people-all which I now contribute into our healing space.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, nature, skincare and makeup, Family and pet time, music and concerts, crafting natural products, & continuing to learn with research for my own unique health journey.

As someone with invisible disabilities, I've found it essential to prioritize both healing & self-care. Since joining the team, I've been inspired by the remarkable results & testimonials about Dr. Jessica's healing methods, which has further motivated me to be part of such a supportive environment. Thanks for having me, & Happy Healings! :)

Hi, I’m Sarah!

I’ve lived in Kitsap County my entire life, and don’t believe I’ll ever be able to separate myself from the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. My brief stint away from the PNW coast was to attend college at WSU, where I received my BA in Merchandising, Textile Science, and Apparel Design.

I have always been creative, with painting, drawing, and fiber arts being my therapy. Outside of my artistic endeavors, I am a massive media buff with an encyclopedic knowledge of most sci-fi, fantasy movies, and shows.

I am very thankful for the opportunity to hear and support the community I have called home my entire life.
