Jessica Gallegos-White LAc., EAMP, LMT

My name is Jessica Gallegos-White, LAc. I graduated with a Masters of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine from The Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine in 2019. As a licensed acupuncturist I am able to use my skilled hands for accurate channel palpation, and pulse reading. I utilize my 27 year orthopedic background and advanced anatomy to perform channel listening and muscle testing to develop treatments that specifically treat a variety of pathologies. I aim to provide minimal needling with maximum results. I am an East Asian Medicine Herbalist. My inspiration comes from the deep transformative healing and enlightenment that my patients achieve from my work. My specialties include fertility, menopause, PCOS, orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation, neurology, digestion, trauma, and addiction. I like a good challenge and have been told that I am especially exceptional with complex conditions. My mission is to help my patients find balance in their lives and awaken their own inner physician, so that they may share healing with their families and community.

I have been a practitioner for 27 years. I began my career as a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in Orthopedic Massage and Massage Education. At 21 years as a massage therapist,  I found myself searching for more ways to incorporate advanced healing modalities to treat the root and branch of disease.  My clients presented with digestive issues, urinary bladder prolapse, fatigue, auto-immune disease, substance abuse disorder due to chronic pain, infertility etc.; conditions that massage therapy could only help with temporarily. I felt the need to expand my education and reload my tool box. I discovered that the approach of acupuncture, herbal therapy, and qi gong profoundly benefited me in my own healing journey. East Asian Medicine healed me, and I wanted to share this medicine with my clients.

I am a wife, mom, and animal hoarder (3 dogs, 2 cats, 5 hens). I like to spend my spare time with my family at the beach, in the mountains or snuggled up for family movie night. I love to forage, make tinctures, grow herbs and vegetables to heal and nourish my pack.  I aim to achieve perfect work/life balance so that I can spend quality time with the ones I love most.

I'm Megan Egge. I consider myself lucky to have grown up learning about the effectiveness of natural medicine through my family. My aunt is a rolfer and uses nutrition in her practice while my dad is always researching new holistic alternatives for himself and sharing his knowledge. In 2022, my own health journey led me to try acupuncture, and I haven't left since. My experience at Inner Wisdom Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine as a client was so positive that I jumped at the opportunity to join staff and support Jessica in the brilliant ways she heals people. Spending my time as a Clinic Assistant, and getting to know patients, is very fulfilling. Outside of the clinic, I spend all my time chasing around my huskies, spoiling rescued rabbits, running a business with my husband, and enjoying a simple life of quality time with family.
